How to use

Prepare the skin Clean and dry a hair-free area. Avoid lotions, creams, oils, or alcohol-based products.

Apply the patch Peel from the backing, press firmly, and smooth the edges.

Wear time Wear for up to 24 hours. Rotate application sites daily.

Placement areas Upper arm, shoulder, or lower back.
- Removal Peel gently. Wash any residue with warm water and mild soap. If needed, coconut oil or similar natural oil can help break down remaining adhesive.
