Not at all! IPSY Wellness is open to everyone and you do not need an IPSY subscription to shop.

Great question! Since IPSY Wellness partners with multiple brands, each one ships their products directly to you to ensure freshness and speed. At checkout, you'll see how many shipments to expect when you see a message like "Your order will arrive in 3 shipments."
You'll also get individual tracking emails for each shipment, so you can track the delivery progress of all your items!
You may be charged separate shipping fees, since each wellness company sets its own shipping rates. Don't worry, though, you'll see a clear breakdown of any per-item shipping costs before you complete your order, and your final total will combine all fees into one clear amount.
You will! Since items ship directly from each wellness company, you'll get one shipping confirmation email per shipment. Each email includes tracking just for those items, making it easy to follow each package's journey to you.
You can track it right in your account. Once each wellness company ships your item(s), the tracking information will automatically update in your order details. We'll share the tracking details with you via email too. You'll also be able to see all tracking numbers together on your order status page if your order has multiple shipments.
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once it’s on its way though, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need help or have a request, please reach out to our Wellness team as soon as possible at WellnessCare@IPSY.com. We're here for you!

You can always check out as a guest for a quick and easy purchase, but we recommend creating an account to make future visits even easier and keep track of all your orders in one place.

Absolutely! Create an account with that same email, and your past purchase will pop right into your new account's history. Easy peasy.
We occasionally offer promotions. Keep an eye out for possible automatic discounts in your cart, and if you have a discount code you can enter it at checkout.
Typically, you can only use one discount code per order.
Due to the nature of the wellness products, we don’t accept physical returns. All sales are final.

It's easy to update your details right in your account. After logging in, click your initials on the right side and select ‘Profile’ to see where you can add an address or edit your existing email, phone number, and address.
If you created an account, you can easily find all your orders in one place on the ‘Orders’ tab in the IPSY Wellness shop. From there, you can view everything you've purchased and use the sort and filter options to find any order easily.
You can view your order invoice right in your account. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab in the IPSY Wellness shop, click on the order you want, and you'll see all the details, including your invoice.

While not every item in the IPSY Wellness shop will be cruelty-free and vegan, we're committed to providing a diverse selection that includes ethical choices. We recommend checking individual product pages for specific details on cruelty-free or vegan status.
